Wildview farm offers accommodation in a relaxing farm style environment. The farm has unsurpassed 2700 view of Blue Mountains and adjourned tropical savanna forests. Wild view farm is a 60 acres Mango plantation in the Foothill of Palani Hills – an eastward stretch of Western Ghats Mountains of India. We are also growing coconut palms, Chickoo, vegetables and some spices.
Our animal farm consists of Brahmin Cows, sheep, goat, rabbit, chicken, duck and turkey. Now you think why we named this farm “wild view” – yes it is sharing its boundaries with Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary & National Park- the biggest in South India. Apart from farm and nature our property has an added advantage. It is in a strategic location to spot wild animals like elephants, panther, deer, wild gaur, and many other lesser fauna of the national park. The wild animals used to raid our farm. But the farm house and adjourned plantation is protected with electric fencing.
We offer a real Indian country side culture and hospitality, home cooked meals, fresh fruits, Vegetables meat-chicken, mutton, rabbit, duck etc and fish from our farm. The area is also an excellent spot for bird watching. Our property and nearby forests has more than 150 species of birds. Our farm is a natural breeding centre of Peacock.
